Please read these terms carefully before using TradeHut. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated by reference.

1. Introduction

Welcome to TradeHut. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradeHut website, mobile applications, and any other software or services provided by TradeHut (collectively, the “Services”).

By clicking “Accept” or by using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. User Conduct

TradeHut is a community built on trust. We expect all users to act with integrity and respect. You agree that you will not:

01/Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
02/Violate or encourage others to violate any right of or obligation to a third party, including by infringing, misappropriating, or violating intellectual property.
03/Post, upload, or distribute any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password.

We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. TradeHut cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TradeHut, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding TradeHut is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback as we see fit.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEHUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
